The Coach Merrill and Bonnie Green Endowed Fund at SNU honors two lifelong educators whose influence continues to shape generations of students, athletes, and communities.

The Fund will support juniors and seniors preparing to become public school coaches by assisting with the costs of their state certification exams, an essential step toward entering the profession that defined so much of Merrill and Bonnie’s shared calling.

Additionally, a scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding candidate who

demonstrates the character, dedication, and passion for young people that marked the Greens’ own careers.

Together, Merrill and Bonnie Green invested nearly six decades in mentoring young people, supporting athletics, strengthening their church, and building communities through education and service. This Fund ensures that their legacy will continue toinspire and equip new generations of servant leaders.
