Bryan Nazarene Youth

For Teens (7th - 12 grade)

Sunday mornings, 9:15am - 10am

Tuesday evenings, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

A time of fellowship, games, music, and Bible study aimed at inspiring and encouraging teenagers

to grow in their faith

and live holy lives among their peers.

Meeting location varies between the portable Teen Building and the church Fellowship Hall.

Teens are available for multiple types of tasks or jobs:

Babysitting; pet-sitting or pet-walking or pet-care

Light house work; yard work. errands;

organizing/sorting, car washing; etc - use your imagination

Naomi Brimhall Memorial Scholarship

The Naomi Brimhall Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of Naomi Brimhall. Naomi, a beloved member of Bryan Church of the Nazarene known for her dedication to Christ, family, and children, was deeply involved in education and charitable work. The Naomi Brimhall Memorial Scholarship Fund, established upon her death, aims to support students pursuing higher education, reflecting Naomi’s commitment to learning and personal growth.

The fund assists deserving individuals, continuing her legacy of giving and helping others. Naomi’s contributions to her community and her nurturing spirit live on through this scholarship, helping future generations achieve their academic and professional goals.

Purpose

to assist with costs of higher education

(college, university, etc.)

Scholarships from the church's general scholarship fund are also available for those attending trade or technical schools, or whose parents may not attend the church although the applicant is involved.

Applications are to be submitted to the church office or via email.

Eligibility

actively involved in and supporting the values of Bryan Church of the Nazarene
Parents & students have attended the church for at least one year prior to application
enrolled full-time

NYC2026

Nazarene Youth Conference

Salt Lake City

July 1-5, 2026

Hosted by the Church of the Nazarene, Nazarene Youth Conference is a powerful youth event that has been held in different locations over the past six decades. NYC takes place every few years and provides an opportunity for high school students from the USA and Canada to be united in a time of worship, teaching, and community service.

Students participate in sessions featuring powerful worship, engaging speakers, creative arts, and also attend nightly live concerts featuring top Christian artists. They serve together with Ministry With Others service projects throughout Salt Lake City. Students also experience interactive discipleship environments, and a Recreation Hall filled with individual and group activities, games, and exhibits.

Currently fundraising for this event, and for hygiene packs that will be distributed as part of mission projects associated with NYC.

TEEN SUMMIT

One week each summer

Bible lessons, group sharing, team and individual sports and games, crafts, mission projects, supper fellowships.

Designed to build community among the teen fellowship both in numbers and in togetherness.

TEEN CAMP

Each summer teens attend a 5-day camp with teens from around the South Texas District Church of the Nazarene. Special speakers, new friends, sports activities, and other events provide a special opportunity for fellowship and spiritual growth.

The camp is held at Trinity Pines Conferences Center near Trinity, TX. Throughout the year our teens are engaged in fundraisers to help cover the expense of camp.
